Villeroy & Boch

We have been working for Villeroy & Boch for many years. The central project organisation for the Benelux is located in Paris. From there, campaigns and renovations are developed, which then still need to be implemented in reality. When such a project takes place in the Netherlands, C.Cases is the permanent partner. We take care of the project organisation, find professionals to carry out the renovation, ensure communication between all parties involved in the renovation and, ultimately, we are responsible for meeting the deadline. In Rotterdam, we had exactly 14 hours (overnight) to dismantle the entire shop, paint it and prepare it for the new furniture. In Lelystad and Roosendaal, we adapted the entire shops, made all kinds of electrical adjustments, modified the wooden floor and painted everything. These shops also reopened shortly afterwards.
