CBRE

Located on a huge site 50 km south of Paris, there are three warehouses, each with a capacity of approximately 6,000 m², in a logistics complex with a total surface area of approximately 202,000 m² at the intersection of the A6/A104 motorways. Due to the large scale of the complex, there is a strong need for tenants to be findable and recognizable. For this reason, C.Cases developed a system for CBRE whereby a panel was mounted above each central entrance in the same colour that had previously been applied by SkyClean (our client). This panel ensures that there is no longer any need to drill holes in the wall for a new tenant's logo sign. There is now uniformity in signage and the complex will continue to look new.

In parallel with this, we are developing an efficient signage system for the location in collaboration with CBRE.
